The bottle sits in my right water bottle holder and it is easily filled to 80 lbs pressure with my pump through an attachment under the trigger on the horn.
The bottle never need moving to fill.
The horn is on the right of the handlebars and can be actuated with the thumb. Out of the way and very usable.
Maybe the drivers that don't see me will now hear me.
