This was a beautiful day for a ride.
My Wife got on the trike for the first time to ride in over 34 years.
A great day.
3.5 miles in the "Quest for Fitness" 132 miles total.

This blog is about two of my hobbies. Riding my Kettwiesel Recumbent Trike and taking pictures of the Nashville Area. I just bought this trike after owning an EZ-3 trike for 5 years and an EZ-1 before that. I am going to take it out of the neighborhood to the greenways of Nashville and other nearby areas.
